First they have frozen my account without notify me. They told me i have to recharge 50% of my initial funds in order to unfreeze. There is no written policy about this.
Then another customer service tells me that my account isn't frozen. So i
tried to withdraw my money, it's still processing. <br />

Customer service is very bad, they don't help and don't answer to my questions. They are scammers.
