I sent a bitcoin deposit to them, made sure it was confirmed on the block chain and then logged into my bitplay account only to find the status of my deposit to say "unpaid". When I tried to contact customer support I was only able to speak to an
actual person (atleast I think it was a person) maybe twice and I emailed, messaged and facebooked them numerous times. The couple times I got through they told me the same thing each time which was they referred me to technical support and I would receive a response about my issue within 24 hours. It's been 2 days.
