consumercomplaints.in website act as a platform to post customer complaints against n number of businesses in India. The website includes multiple business profiles and the consumers can post a complaint against the respective merchant. ( I posted a
complaint on RoyalOak's profile)I got an email reply from the consumercomplaints and asking to share the contact number. They contacted via the shared number and asked for verifying thier UPI Id and entering (24999) as voucher code in the payable amount and 'Refund from RoyalOak' as description. Make us believe that they have partnership with bank and instead of money getting debited from account, I will get option to request refund after entering UPI pin. They make us pay to their account.(I hope the method may be different for NEFT, Bank Transfer etc. )NB: I had no balance in my account and they disconnected the call immediately.
