I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and refund process at Affirma Distribution. I placed an order (Order AF-1290) and requested a refund, which was approved on June 4, 2024. Now, more than 19 weeks have passed, and
despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting for my refund of $1,250. The process has dragged on for over 8 months, with no clear explanation for the delays.<br />

The lack of accountability and responsiveness is deeply concerning. Every time I inquire about the status, I am met with vague responses and empty promises. As someone who values professional service and timely communication, I find this experience completely unacceptable.<br />
