I placed an order with NavaFresh (Order CA-NV#P385219447) and was assured by their representative, Jyoti D., that there would be no additional customs fees. This assurance was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase. Despite this,
DHL notified me that I had to pay a customs fee of CAD 19.38 before receiving my package.<br />

I have reached out to NavaFresh multiple times, providing the chat transcript where I was clearly informed that all import duties would be covered by them. However, after several emails, I have yet to receive any response from their customer service.<br />

This level of service is unacceptable, especially after being explicitly misled. I’ve been waiting weeks with no resolution or communication from their end. If this is how they treat their customers, I would not recommend NavaFresh to anyone. They need to honor their promises and respond to customer queries promptly.<br />
