Request for Refund of Illegally Withdrawn Funds – Case # 01126743

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are contacting you again regarding the case number 01126743. Our bank account has been incorrectly charged five (5) times within one month, amounting to five unauthorized charges in total. We consider all these transactions to be illegal withdrawals of funds. Our invoice of the last month Aug 24 – Sep 23, 2024 for (1 domain Accelerated Gigabytes (First GB is included) + Cloudflare Pro Plan + Argo Zone Level Plan - Basic - sum of $33.70 USD ) have been charged 24.08.2024 at ! On 10.09.2024 at 00:04 I received 4 mail notification thet they suddenly charged our Master Card again 4 times with different sum of money on the: 1 e-mail: Thank you for your payment! We've successfully charged $36.40 to your mastercard card. 2 e-mail: Thank you for your payment! We've successfully charged $33.30 to your mastercard card. 3 e-mail: Thank you for your payment! We've successfully charged $35.30 to your mastercard card. 4 e-mail: Thank you for your payment! We've successfully charged $35.70 to your mastercard card. In our previous attempts, we have repeatedly requested an immediate refund of the unjustly withdrawn amounts. However, to date, we have not received an appropriate response or a refund. With this letter, we are issuing a final demand for the immediate return of all wrongfully obtained funds to our bank account. If the funds are not refunded within "3 business days" from the receipt of this request, we will escalate this matter to the Slovenian police, Europol, and the American law enforcement agency (FBI) on the grounds of suspected fraud and theft. The authorities we intend to notify are as follows: - Slovenian Police - Europol (European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation) - FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation, USA) We are fully aware of the seriousness of this situation and therefore reserve the right to initiate any necessary legal proceedings to protect our rights and [removed by editor] the incurred losses.
