I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CleverBuy. I sold my MacBook Pro 16 to them on July 9, 2024, and was promised a payment of €1,478.80. According to their communication, the payment should have been processed by August 2, 2024,
but as of now, I have not received a single cent.<br />

Despite reaching out multiple times and sending two payment reminders, I have been met with complete silence. The lack of response and failure to uphold their end of the agreement has been incredibly frustrating. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service I expected.<br />

At this point, I have been forced to send a final demand for payment and have informed them that I will take legal action if the issue is not resolved immediately. It’s disheartening to see a company operate in such a manner, leaving customers in limbo with no clear resolution in sight.<br />

I strongly advise anyone considering using CleverBuy to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, they have shown a complete disregard for their obligations and for basic customer service.<br />
