The worst company I have ever had any dealings with, avoid at all costs! Ordered batteries for a mobility scooter on the 5th January 2024 for my disabled uncle , firstly the battery “singular” was delivered 4 working days late and they only sent
the one not the two together which was promised. They then emailed me to tell me that the second battery / delivery had been damaged in transit. I took the decision to refuse all deliveries and cancelled the entire order before receipt of the first delivery due to it being late and the email concerning the damage as if I had accepted the delivery I would have been left with two heavy duty batteries I was unable to shift! It took me over four weeks and multiple emails to this company to get half of my money back totalling £114 pounds. They are extremely apologetic however Its now been almost 6 weeks and this company still owe me another £114 for the second battery, the damaged delivery that again I did not receive, sign for and was already cancelled!! They are now saying that until parcel force change the status of the second delivery six weeks later that was damaged, cancelled and never received to “return to sender” that they will not refund me. They have assured me within the last 48 hours that I will receive my refund by the end of next week but I have little faith in this information as they have already failed a ten working day timescale previously promising me a full refund via email. I have very little choice after endless communication with this company to take my awful experience to trading standards. Avoid this company at all costs they are absolutely shocking, they make promises they do not keep and I genuinely believe they string you along hoping that you will give up and they can keep your money. If I could give a zero rating I would do so.
