Missbrauch der Berichtsprüfung

I ordered 3 parts. They shipped only one. I called customer service, thinking perhaps the missing two parts were coming in another shipment. The rep claimed the order was complete, nothing else was coming. I explained no, it is not. He said another
dept would contact me. The RMA dept sent an email instructing me to do an RMA Request, which required me to explain the problem, including photos of the package, labeling, and the part. So I spent all the time taking pics, writing up the request that I either wanted the missing parts shipped, or a refund for what I had paid for the missing 2 parts, to include the sales tax and the extra shipping cost I had paid for 3 parts instead of the one I received. I know how much the refund should be, because I set up a test buy to see what the cost would have been if I had only ordered the one part I received. So, in my RMA request I stated that I want refunded all that I was overcharged. Seems straightforward, doesn't it? But, nooooo. They won't do the honest thing. They emailed today and stated they were refunding only the cost of the missing parts and sales tax for those parts, and I was stuck paying the extra shipping cost for the two parts I did not receive. I just opened a charge dispute with my credit card. Why can't businesses just be honest? Through the emails back and forth, it turned out that the missing two parts were on backorder with no ETA. I hate it when businesses offer items they know they don't have just to hook you in. Now my job is further delayed when they didn't inform me right up front the two missing parts would not be shipped. The shipping confirmation email they sent showed a complete shipment with no mention of parts on backorder. The pkg had no invoice at all, nothing to show only one part was shipped. These are really sleazy dishonest business practices. I won't ever order from them again because once a business shows that they operate sleazy, and refuse to fix the problem they caused, I am done with them. All they had to do, was honestly refund all that I paid for the missing parts, but they decided to impose a false shippng penalty on me due to their mistake.
