Missbrauch der Berichtsprüfung

I ordered 3 plush fnaf stuffies around November 23, 2023. I received my order confirmation email and they had withdrawn from my account the 23rd. I waited until December 4 2023 to contact the company about my order and it's status. I was emailed
back that it would take 6-8 weeks. January 17, 2024, I had still heard nothing about my order or shipment. So I emailed the company again. This time I was told they were having problems in production and asked if I would like to cancel and be refunded. I opted to cancel and I will see if I get refunded, I did receive the cancelation email. This whole customer service experience is done via email. I had asked 3 times for a customer service phone number to talk to a human, but that was a completely ignored request and there is no phone number anywhere (Warren James or hex store). There is also only one name the whole customer service experience has as well, "Malik". So not sure if it is only one person in customer service or no one takes responsibility. Good luck if you order from this company.<br />

Update. I was refunded the 22nd of January 2024 a total of $0.00. I'm reporting to BBB, consumer protection and see what there is for scam reporting.<br />
