A free email address is used as contact for the administration of bitcextra.com. This is usually done by smaller websites. The disadvantage of a free email address is that it is not possible to track the identity of the user. We prefer that the email address of the domain is used.
This company is offering helpdesk services which seem to be very generic. In the past, we have come across multiple websites which proved to be a scam. The trick is to let you call a number that seems free but in the end, may cost you several dollars per minute. They will try to keep the call going as long as possible.
