SCAM! Lost $ and time! Hope killers! I tried booking 4 tickets with fareshope[removed by editor]. On the phone, Ricardo told me all was booked and fine, credit card was charged, and i would get confirmation# and tickets by email with 24-48h. Indeed,
they took the $ on my mother's credit card on june 13 2023 ( i used my mother card with her prior approval), but they did not send anything by email. I followed up by email since i had the email and phone text messages of the agent. He called me back a few days later, i was told that the airline cancelled and was asked for difference of 12$ for re-booking; i refused and he told me the company was going to offer credit and send me tickets in 24h by email. Nothing sent. I've called back the company, asked for Ricardo, but got transfered and talked to the "supervisor", Henry, who indicated they were looking at best fares and promised tickets in email in 24h or refunds. I got suspicious. Nothing happened. Now, june 26 2023, my mother credit card is charged, i don't have tickets, they don't pick up when i try the agent or the supervisor. My mother called MC. We lost a unique opportunity for that special trip mothers-daughters of 3 generations. How to kill memories and hope! Be ashamed!
