Complete scam! Avoid!
Don't get involved. One way transaction where you deposit USDT in but can never get it out. Unless you pay a 'Tax Bill' within 7 days. Not to the Tax Authorities but to an ERC20 address supplied by cryptotcf[removed by editor].
