Ordered large dog bed and got a pair of socks with a note saying "don't worry your order is on its way". Well, surprise surprise the order never arrived. Tried emailing but all you ever get is "don't worry your order is on its way". Wish I'd read

Ordered 2 x interactive dog wobble balls. They are supposed to roll, jump and bark at the dog when it plays with the ball. What we got was 2 rubber balls that looked like the pictures but were sadly lacking the motor to make it roll, jump and bark. Oh wel
