Ho acquistato a dicembre 2 anelli, di cui hanno sbagliato l'invio del modello, il 12/01/2023 ho fatto il resto con poste, ad oggi non ho ne notizie sul reso, ne sul rimborso e il servizio clienti continua a chiedermi documenti che ho già spedito
