After one year my husband purchased a Canon 90D camera from Interdiscount, it showed a defective shutter button.
Since then, the camera has been sent to Repair 4x instead to get repaired the camera deteriorated until the shutter button doesn’t
work anymore. <br />
In accordance with the warranty terms, we are entitled to receive a refund after three times it has been sent to the repair service but has not been repaired.<br />
We returned the camera and have requested a refund of our money, but we have no other alternative than to accept a coupon that allows us to purchase a new camera.<br />
This issue has been ongoing since June 2022, Involves lies and denials that the camera is not defective Interdiscount staff have even tried the camera, the staff switched on the camera the shutter button is not working at all. <br />
The management informed us that it will be sent to the Interdiscount Central office so that we may obtain a coupon. Until mid of December we have not received any coupon.<br />
I went to Interdiscount Würenlingen personally, their staff said, their repair service partner will issue the coupon. We have now January 2023 util now there is no coupon.<br />
It turned out now the Central Office of Interdiscount have no idea what is going on and they did not received the camera. Asking us to return the camera to them.<br />
Interdiscount warranty service sounds like scam.
