run this is a scam
I purshcased the offline version and the translation was crap.
asked for refund and they told me there are different speakers and lot of other gibberish and refused refund.

I asked for a legitimate refund and they never replied back
I purchased the offline version that was no close to the promised transcription and asked for a refund in 24 hrs. promised is 48 hrs and that too you have to send proof that it didnt work.
I did send over the proof and these fraudsters stopped
