Over a week ago, I went through trouble to upload my passport photos and passport information separately, and having my payment mothed accepted, which has eventually processed and was taken from my bank account. The next day, I get an email message of disapproval. I am not simply angry because my visa application was disapproved. I am frustrated because there is no further way to seek help nor to be contacted easily, if at all. I have not received my money back nor further notice about the process, and what to expect. With a lot of effort, I have found a way to send a message to visagov[removed by editor]. I have yet to receive a response to my message[removed by editor]munication and customer are very poor, if they exist at all! I want my money back!
