I purchased a years' worth of revolution for my dog and they sent 6 months instead. I emailed them four times and they ignored every email for a month. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank. I guess it seems like a good deal until you get half of your order. Then you're paying double. I would have been very understanding if they would have replied and explained it was an error on their part and that they'd send the other half, but they simply ignored me. Will never order from them again.

Imikimi infringes on artist's copyright by allowing user generated content to be uploaded and then not responding to official notices of infringement. I sent in a notice of infringement multiple times via their email, via their app and via a review on their app as they ignored me. It wasn't until Apple reached out and made them remove my image that they responded. This is because I had to file a DMCA with Apple since Imikimi refused to respond to me. Then of course, they apologized when Apple called them out and said " Oh, she didn't send the notice to the right email." Although that email was not on their site when I spent FOUR DAYS scouring their junky spammy site for an email, the ONLY email was [removed by editor] which I contacted. It's just gross to ignore multiple emails/reviews/contacts from a small business and then when your business is threatened to be removed from Apple, you place blame on the victim instead of admitting fault. GROSS company.

Turnmeroyal, also called MB Onsoftas use illegal tactics to try to harm USA businesses. I am a consumer and independent artist who first learned of Turn Me Royal when they filed a LEGAL AFFIDAVIT claiming they owned MY art work in a bid to shut my site down. They didn't win because they picked the wrong one. I have been in the business since 2011, They have been in business since May 2020. So they find small businesses and artists and try to illegally block them from doing business. They even went to the lengths to file false DMCA take downs to try to get my products removed from the internet- DMCA take downs require an affidavit under both US and international law that under the penalties of perjury their claims are true. Unfortunately for them, they tried to take down someone who knows how all this works. Turn Me Royal, also known as WonderRoyal is a Lithuanian based company, registered in Lithuania as MB Onsoftas, and what they did is illegal and its disgusting. I emailed their CEO -ignored, customer service, ignored, so I filed a counterclaim against them and that is when they begged for forgiveness and asked me to remove my reviews. NEVER. They are trying to destroy small businesses so they can remove competition. I have truly never experienced something so ruthless as a consumer, independent artist, completely and illegally attacked by a company. It's also important to note that they are not based in CA. They list their address in California, but that is their drop shipping company's address (FoamCorePrint) they also use Printify. They are not registered nor located in the US. If you have received an illegal demand or DMCA notice from this company regarding your use of a public domain image, do not fall for it. File a counterclaim and get your item restored. Do not allow them to use illegal tactics against you!

Artfily owners Dean Broadwater and Meagan Broadwater illegally resold my work and profited. When I reached out they blocked me and ignored my attorneys. I am not their only victim. Since investigating them I have received multiple reports from their customers that they take money from their accounts without authorization and block them on Facebook.
