I have 5 domains in their system currently. About one week ago, I found 2 of my sites stopped counting traffic, and after checking, the reason is that their DNS was changed .
I checked all my emails, they've never send any emails about it to me

and then I found I lost control to all my domains in Njala, I couldn't do any editing to them, so I tried to contact them via support ticket, and they never reply.<br />

So I have to try everything else I can. I found their twitter account so I posted the same questions under their tweet.<br />

I thought maybe I did something wrong, maybe I have problem with my tune, so I tried again by submitting another ticket.<br />
