I have not yet come across such a glaring lack of professionalism and no sense of responsibility, and I have been shopping on various platforms with luxury clothing for years now.
Two weeks ago I ordered a designer bag from SHOWROOM.PL (which is
part of MIINTO Group) in a great price with an additional 25% discount. After a week of waiting and ensuring me that the package would reach me soon, I received information about the cancellation of my order due to the fact that the boutique had miscalculated the stock levels. As compensation, I got another discount code for -25% (which is no compensation, especially since it is a standard discount that appears regularly on their website).<br />

To my surprise, it turned out that the bag is still available on the website under the same link, only at THREE TIMES HIGHER PRICE. The same product was also available under SEVEN OTHER LINKS, which I sent to customer service by e-mail at the consultant's request.<br />

After I asked if the store should act professionally and sell me the bag at the price I originally paid, I heard that they would redirect my case to the MIINTO headquarters. After two days, I got an apology from them with a code for -20% (which I obviously did not accept). Even threatening with the Consumer Ombudsman did not work.<br />

After this e-mail, the contact with the store (and the whole MIINTO Group) was cut off. Today I made a phone call to the store's customer service, where I heard that they can offer me nothing more than a discount they previously informed me about. Anyone expecting a Farfetch, Selfridges or Matches shopping experience will be disappointed. Don't be fooled by their big discounts. You will not see your ordered product in the end.
