Shocking. Guys, this terrible company can send a sane man into severe depression. I ordered, through amazon, two iphones to these terrible frauds' address in the UK. The items were delivered, I paid a huge amount of money to have everything compiled
into one package and then SENT to me and done, I thought it was all good now and it's on its way. (THAT IS MAY 2021). Three weeks pass and I'm on my last bits of patience. I contact these terrible scammers and they give me a tracking link to my country's post offices to find the package....... I call the number of the local post and find that THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER TWO DAYS AGO BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T REACH OUT TO ME........ BECAUSE THERE WAS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER ADDED AS I EXPLICITLY WARNED THEM. For the western readers, in Eastern European countries packages are delivered with the courier calling your phone number and then you need to meet him in front of the apartment building (95% of the population lives in those, not houses). How did these Tiptrans frauds expect the guy to just leave the package in front of the house where 500+ people live and I'll pick it up like they deliver it in the US for example? I explicitly warned them about this, nothing. Okay, I say, I tell them its on its way back and they tell me to wait. Ever since they told me to wait, 3 weeks + have passed. You think an intercontinental package return takes months guys? I [removed by editor] at least 5 times, they repeat its not with them yet, I asked the local post about the status and they make me aware that the RECIPIENT HAS GOTTEN THE PACKAGE BACK. SO THE FRAUDS ARE LYING TO ME AFTER WASTING 2+ MONTHS OF MY LIFE, THEY LIE THAT THE PACKAGE HASN'T BEEN RETURNED? Those two iPhones cost me more than 2500 euros and were supposed to be used for my kids' birthday presents. GONE, LONG GONE! On top of that they're trying to steal everything now. What would you do in my shoes guys? I can gladly take them to court or I can pay them a visit with 10 of my friends right? But all this hassle for one package? I just wanted to warn everybody so no one else loses their precious time and money with these massive frauds, their support is absolutely terrible too, very inept and very rude people that clearly hate working for this terrible company. For the sake of your mental health guys, stay away!!!!!!!!
