If I could leave negative stars I would. I signed up for the free trial, and tried to cancel it. Their app conveniently wouldn’t work, just being blank on the final confirmation page. I clicked the link to their “help page” and got “this
page does not exist” instead. When I finally found an email to reach them (not provided by them, found on a forum discussion), they said I hadn’t cancelled, so the charges were accurate. I stated that they made it impossible to cancel, and that they were also charging me multiple times within a month (also at a higher amount than their most “expensive” subscription?!), and they did not address any of these issues. They said that if I deactivated my account, they would no longer “help” me with any issues, and I had 5 days to confirm cancellation or not. Within 3 hours of me receiving that email, my account was deactivated, my ticket was “resolved”. When I emailed again saying I didn’t confirm, they said “our rep says the ticket is resolved” I stated that their rep was fraudulent, as is the rest of their company. Now I’ve gotten emails saying my ticket is resolved (again), but at the same time emails saying they’ve tried to contact me on the issue. I called my credit card company and opened a dispute to try to get my money back, as well as to stop them from charging me again, as I’ve read that people have resorted to cancelling their card as they couldn’t stop the charges any other way. Save yourself a nightmare and steer clear!
