I think they are selling products that they don't have.
I think they are selling products that they don't have. After you buy the product they order it from the manufacturer. Any private person can do that. The problem is that it may take months to get the product to the buyer.

If you try to cancel "automatic renewals" They make you jump through hoops. You have to print out a request

They expect you to abandon your order.
They say not to contact them before 45 working days have passed since they shipped your order. So, after not receiving the product for 45 working days I contacted them and asked for a refund. Now they say they will resend the order with a faster
