It's free but when you go above 2 GB, you need to pay. You can do so on a monthly basis and very important, it's easy to cancel.
Keep in mind that if you want an invoice for tax reasons, then you need to use Dropbox Business.

It's not a scam but it used to be a consumer-oriented website for like 5 years but it failed. The whole idea was that you could buy and Wear what you saw in the Windows, hence the name WindowsWear.
