Ordered one of the shemby[removed by editor] 'Makeup Mystery Boxes' which is advertised on their website as a large box overflowing with makeup items and boasting $150.00 worth of value. In the pictures it displays full make up kits of varying
sizes, brush sets, makeup palettes of varying styles etc. etc. The description of the mystery box states - "The physical contents of each mystery box vary, but past boxes have included items such as a You MAY receive full-size makeup, mini size makeup, sample size makeup, Makeup sets, Makeup kits, brush sets, brush pouch or organizer, cleanser or nail accessories, nail dotting brushes, nail decorations, and much more."<br />

So it was extremely disappointing to receive NOT a mystery BOX but a mystery 20cm x 20cm pouch in the mail. Once opened the disappointment continued as I had been sent [removed by editor]eared to be 2 Asian brand products that I believe may be eyebrow pencils with the option of 4 different colours to choose from?<br />

Absolutely false advertising, you do not receive anywhere near the value stated on the website and the pictures of large boxes overflowing with makeup are completely misleading.<br />

When I lodged a complaint with PayPal the company contacted me stating if I 'closed the case with PayPal a solution would be offered, but not until the case was closed.' I responded stating the case was valid as the advertising was a sham and completely misleading so the only acceptable solution would be a full refund- to which I never received a response. The case was escalated through PayPal but the only way I could receive a full refund was to return the items in original condition AT MY EXPENSE. So not only had I been misled but I was expected to return the items at my own expense so I could receive a refund.<br />
