I bought a Cyrus DAC with a 3 months trial subscription to Qobuz.
I asked help to the Qobuz support centre to activate it.
I followed their instruction.
I've been charged £150 for a yearly subscription.
I've instantly emailed to the support centre to report the mistake and have a refund.<br />
The answer was:"There is nothing we can do".<br />
This seems a bad way for a company to behave.<br />
I'm going to report the case to Action Fraud UK and the ODR European Commission.
