I just received the 'bag of the month' from LUSHER and it's beautiful and so well made. I had a shipping delay with UPS and had no trouble contacting the customer service team at LUSHER and my item ended up moving within a few days anyway from the transfe

"finest quality"
Everytime I see finest quality on these backpacks made in china I laugh a little. I bought several for my kids and they last a few months[removed by editor]e on!
