BE WARNED: No RESPONSIBILITY from Alexnld if your order is lost
On April 4th, 2020 I ordered a Logitech C930E 1080P 30FPS Webcam from their website ALEXNLD[removed by editor] by credit cardOn May 4th, 2020 exactly one month after the order, I sent
an email to Alexnld asking about my order since I haven’t received notification nor delivery from them. After many emails back and forth between us, I finally learned that the package was delivered supposedly by USPS on 4/20 which I didn’t received. I also learned that ALEXNLD uses Yun Express as its shipping company in China until it reaches the US border. The package is then passed on to USPS as ALEXNLD selected delivery mechanism. ALEXNLD refuses to intervene and take responsibility for my package lost and keep telling me to contact USPS to resolve their issue. Does this sound right to anybody?<br />
Update 2020-05-11:<br />
After many days of hassle to contact USPS, there is no explanation from USPS to where the package was delivered. ALEXNLD continues to deny their responsibility. If I knew the order came from China, I would not place my order. There are 2 impacts resulting from this issue:<br />
1 - I believe we should support our domestic and local businesses and ban foreign companies from entering into US markets like ALEXNLD and have no answers for their own actions. <br />
2 - This will forever influence my decision to buy from a small business because of ALEXNLD lack of responsibility and I will always buy from big organizations such as Best Buy, Amazon for better services<br />
I ended up by contesting the charge thru my credit company and let them deals with this.<br />
Now that I have Spent so much time and effort to deal with them. I just want to let people knows about their practice and stay away from their business. Don’t be their victim lease. They are certainly scammer.<br />
I also reported them to the Best Business Bureau and since they are an international (suspicious) company I was directed to consumersentinel.gov. I created a complaint there.<br />
To make an effort on taking these scammers out of our market, I am planning on reporting to the FBI or suspicious business practices. Please join me on this fight if you are reading this.
