I decided to write a review so that those who read it can decide for themselves whether it is worth buying something in this vile store or can you buy it somewhere else where you will not be deceived? The most disgusting store in my entire long
history of buying things on the Internet. I ordered Prada sunglasses on 08/16/2024. They were ordered as a gift. The parcel was shipped only a week later on 08/23/2024. But this is the least of the problems. The glasses were supposed to be delivered to Bratislava. A similar parcel, for example, from Rome was delivered to me by a normal transport company in 1-2 days. Free delivery from DPD took 12 days. My glasses from San Marino arrived in Austria, from Austria they went to Paris, from Paris they returned to Austria again, and only then, after another 5 days, they were delivered to Bratislava. But the worst is yet to come. They sent me glasses with a torn case inside. The carrier's fault is excluded. The parcel was not damaged. The case was torn inside. It is impossible to give a gift in such case! My two complaints with a request to resolve the current situation were simply left unanswered. They simply do not respond to letters and completely ignore customers. There are confirmations of delivery of letters. There is no feedback. As a result, for my own money I received glasses with a torn case. It is impossible to give a gift in torn packaging. This is a way to get rid of defective goods for unscrupulous sellers. Why not send your defective goods somewhere far away to a buyer from another country? Therefore, before buying in this store, think a million times whether you need it. For your own money, you can do this in any other place where respect their customers and their own reputation!
