I purchased a coffee maker. After 4 weeks I emailed the service address to check the status of my delivery since the tracking number given only sent me to a page showing what I ordered. I received a BOT reply stating that my parcel had just cleared customs. Each correspondence was met with a BOT reply telling me the parcel was in transit. After 6 weeks I began asking for a refund only to be met with more automated assurances that the parcel was on the way. On the day of the promised delivery there was a message that the package was undeliverable due to dogs in the yard...very untrue. When I emailed the following day I was told the parcel was lost by the delivery service that they would never tell me the name of. I was offered a "gift" for my troubles. I said no thank you, I just want a refund. they said it would take "10-20 work day" to process the refund. The refund never happened. The website is no longer available.<br />
Total scam.
