Item not as described and wrong size. No full refund
Ordered a sweater. Some light synthetic item arrived in wrong size. I complained and they refunded me 20% so out of pocket $47. Next follow up they offer a better refund but I had at my cost send it to China. They advertise as a Melbourne based
