Awful experience....almost £10,000 they locked my new account the minute I want to send $ off their exchange thats it...they lied they can’t say any reasons'. Total fraud zone. Avoid them and don't waste your money . I got help from Tech expert

it's really heartbreaking having my money hanging on this platform and they didn't allow me to withdraw
