PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED NO REFUND
Paid for a mountain bike for my daughter. Given a tracking number for a courier, HERO EXPRESS, Tracking number does not work, 5 weeks in 3 email and they tell me to wait 1-2 buisness days for tracking update. Request for refund denied as product
