Zero stars would be a far more accurate rating for this shell of a company. I submitted a preorder for 4 Jason Kelsey Shirtless Funko Pops during a limited offer back in February prior to the Super Bowl. They were supposed to ship early summer. On
6/27 I got a ship confirmation email with tracking via DHL. The tracking number was invalid, unrecognizable by DHL, so I tried it in FedEx, USPS, UPS and it was unrecognizable by any currier. I called and found none of their phones are manned during business hours, or ever. You cannot reach a human or a useful automated system.. No mechanism to report an issue whatsoever. They refer you to their useless website where again there is absolutely no mechanism to report an issue or obtain customer service. You email their support email address, and get no response ever. Weeks of continual emails and zip for a response. I had to dispute the charge made nearly 6 months ago with my credit card fraud unit. They are currently investigating this case. They held my money for 6 months and in return gave me nothing but a lot of wasted time and frustration. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They need to be reported to the Attorney General and investigated. I think I’ll report them and recommend everyone having this same experience do the same. Consumer’s unite! Companies with these practices need to be shut down.
