My daughter wanted to purchase a bodysuit on this site. She came across the site on tiktok and didn't see any issue with it. When placing the order there was an issue and she was asked if she wanted to continue or cancel. She chose to cancel,
checked bank account and emails. No pending transactions or emails.<br />
2 weeks later she received a package, it was the bodysuit she attempted to order but cancelled. She checked bank account and payment had been taken plus a transaction fee and a purchase fee. The next day she received a notification from bank stating she was in her overdraft. On checking account topaz tales had taken a further £24 plus transaction fee and purchase fee. She's not placed any further orders. Raised issue with bank who are dealing with. On doing my own research it turns our that as soon as you place an order you are automatically signed up to a membership thar incurs a monthly fee of £24 plus the 2 fees....! My daughter (15) was completely unaware of this, none of the emails she received stated anything and as it was she was initially under the impression the order she made hadn't gone through as she declined to proceed and the bank also stopped the transaction as it flagged with them. <br />
Absolutely disgusted by this site. Have made numerous attempts to contact them but still awaiting responses. Have made a fraud application via bank who are dealing with and have returned monies taken, fingers crossed nothing more occurs.<br />
I would avoid this site at all costs. They dont make things clear and you need to proper search for information. It doesn't even state what the monthly membership covers for £24.....
