I ordered an Apex 4 from them at the beginning of May. After waiting for it's arrival, I had the left thumbstick snap on me within 5 days of playtime. I left a review on their website and reached out to them asking about a return. They contacted me
and said they'd send me a new controller if I paid $30 for shipping and edited my review to be positive. Based on the tone of the conversation, I believed they were concerned that they thought my review was bashing them, which I thought they were rather helpful. So I told them I couldn't in good faith change my controller review to positive (I did go from 2 stars to 3) but I would gladly add that GadgetHyper was being very helpful through he process.<br />

Well, fast forward to about a week and a half ago, I receive my new controller. It was completely open box, but I figured they just did that to remove the accessories as I only paid shipping (They informed me that they normally require you to send the controller back, so again, I didn't question it). About a week later, the left analog stick starts sending ghost inputs. At this point, I really didn't want to deal with it and get a different controller, so I reached out prior to the weekend to ask about their return policy as they never informed me of it last we spoke. Well, I haven't heard anything back from them yet and my purchase is over thirty days (so I assume if I could have returned it, I'm outside of the window now. Shame on me for not checking policies prior to purchase). So I decide to go update my review once again to include this information and say that I really cannot recommend the controller. Once I hit update, I go back to gadgethyper to confirm my review updated (They use a third party website for their reviews, I think judgeme?) only to notice ALL reviews but 2 -star reviews have been scrubbed from their website for the Apex 4. This has led me to the conclusion that they are purposefully not being transparent and that this is not someone you can count on to back up if something happens to your order. Did they get the products to me? Absolutely. Do they care about customer support beyond their own brand looking good? Doesn't seem to be the case.<br />
