Do not waste your time or money with anything from Bloomcar. I regret every second of my decision to purchase lights from Bloomcar. They will NOT honor their "money-back guarantee." They will give you the run-around, back-and-forth emails in which
they kindly offer you 30% of your purchase price back. Then, because they expect you to believe them, they say they're arguing for you to get you a 40% refund. They offer this with the caveat that returning the items to their warehouse in China (the products shipped from California) is a time-consuming process in which they can't ensure the safe arrival of the products the consumer ships back. <br />
The products I ordered for my 2024 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited, which according to their site are the right fit for my vehicle, do not in fact fit at all. The packaging was damaged when it arrived from UPS, crushing one of the door entry lights. Additionally, the LED starry lights they threw in are powered by a USB. My car only has USB-C connections. So nothing fits. Also, when I tried one of the back passenger door sill lights, clicking the power on cracked the mirrored face of the light[removed by editor]plete garbage. <br />
I am more than 15 emails into communications with "Lisa Bell." All of it has been a lie and a headache. RUN FAR AND RUN FAST! I told Lisa Bell that I would be writing this review if they didn't finally honor their guarantee. They have again denied my refund unless I blindly ship items back to China, at my expense, and trust that someday they may give me my money back. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
