Made an online purchase and was sent the wrong size item. I contacted them and returned their item for an exchange of the correct size item. The correct item was never sent to me, so I contacted them again and they said it was out of stock so I asked for a refund. Refund was never given after being told "it was" and I actually had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back. Also the 2 people I talked to thru their online chat was rude. Don't lie to a customer and say their refund has been sent. Thankfully I had PayPal to back me up and see they received their item and I was never refunded. Never will purchase again

If I could give zero stars I would. Dollcake decided 6 months ago to create a Facebook vip, a month ago on this vip I made the comment as to why U.S customers get charged more for the same dress compared to their Australian customers. Not just a few dollars, were talking up to $30 on some dresses. They ended up blocking me off of their vip over a simple question, 2 weeks before I was blocked I made a purchase of a dress that was a pre-order, meaning it wont be sent for several weeks. They decided to withhold my money for 3 weeks and then refuse my business and then give me a refund for a dress I purchased. How immature is this company. They treat their customers like complete nothings. If you're based in the U.S you're apparently nothing and get charged more on top of that. Their dresses and quality has gone down completely in the last 6 months, buttons fall off, zippers break on top of horrible customer service. Definitely dont do business with these people, they dont deserve your hard earned American money.
