Ordered a book on their website, 6 weeks later the book hadn’t arrived yet. When I made enquiries about it the operator said “ upon fulfilment our team discovered that the book in your order was damaged at our warehouse “. Why didn’t they inform me then? “Our computer system should have sent you an email automatically but due to a glitch that didn’t happen “. <br />
Dodgy. Let’s see if the refund gets sent into my bank account or any more glitches are awaiting.
