Too expensive and anti-consumer
Site may not be an outright scam but I still recommend avoiding it. It's significantly more expensive than average for this kind of service and for that price the company hides what you're actually buying from you. Their middle tier plan says that

Absurdly overpriced
The service on this might actually be good but the pricing is absolutely garbage. Only 1600 messages per month on the most expensive plan is NONSENSE. Unlimited messages on the paid plan needs to be the industry standard for this kind of software,
