Charged my credit card twice for same flight after sending me an irritating email that the payment and booking process was not finished completely. Followed their link to do so. As for refund for the 2nd amount, which they charged me 40 Euros for. Service

Betrag für Flug ein zweites Mal abgebucht, nachdem beim 1.Mal eine irreführende Email kam, dass die Flugbuchung/reservierung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist und Aufforderungslink. Refundierung des 2. Betrags nur gegen Gebühr von 40 EUR. Service unfreundlich
