They sent me a scooter where the manual wasn't fit for purpose, it made me think there were missing bits. Emailed them four times and only after I left a bad Google review did they get in touch. Sent me a more detailed manual, 20 days after I complained, and won't pay for return postage because all the parts are there. <br />

It was a Christmas present for my son, I had bought another scooter in the meantime as this one wasn't usable.<br />

On their complaints page they even say you can't lodge a complaint for THE EXACT ISSUE I HAD as 'The right of complaint does not cover products that are not set up correctly. For scooters, it is expected that the practitioner has knowledge of settings of certain elements.' <br />

Which I'm sure is technically illegal, they certainly don't tell you this when you purchase it!<br />
They make it look like they are UK-based but they're actually in Denmark, making it harder to do anything if there's an issue. Something I think they capitalise on!<br />

They do not care about their customers AT ALL, this is made very clear when you try to communicate with them.
