I purchased Carote pots and pans on December 1st 2023 as a christmas gift for myself.
But this company hadn’t sent me any information for 3weeks. So I had started contacting them so many times. And I finally received the items more than a month

This company is scammer
Purchased Carote pans and pots set on 1st of December 2023 and received it 4th of January 2024.
And the products got damaged and they were in the dirty box directly no original box or anything. They sent me fake Carote pans
