BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a shed at the auction. I picked it up at the warehouse, requiring assistance to load it into my vehicle as it was heavy. The item was advertised as: Storage Cabinet with Doors and Shelves, Waterproof Sheds and Tiny Houses
for Backyard Patio Lawn, White I have a handyman who was going to put the shed together however he was travelling, so didn't get to my home for 3 weeks We opened the sealed box to find that the box was missing the sides and roof of the shed, and it only contained the frame. I returned to the business 22 days later with box in tow, explained why the return was late and pulled up the receipt to show that there was to be a full shed inside and not just a shell. In other circumstances, the listing will indicate if there are parts missing, if the item is used or damaged, etc. If I had purchased something that was broken, or had parts missing, I would take full responsibility for the risk. I am aware that there is an advertised four day window for returns but I was not expecting the item to not be as advertised. I was expecting the company to accept responsibility for the false advertising and offer some kind of a solution ie. another shed or a refund. This business practice lacks integrity. The product listing for items should be as advertised and accurate.
