Nothing went right for me with this company. I ordered an application and Flixeasy immediately charged my credit card but did not send the download link until after I complained. Eventually, I received a link that did not work. Flixeasy reps are very slow to respond to requests for assistance, and they lack the desire and technical ability to resolve problems. At one point, the rep asked me what I had ordered even though I had included the order info in my email message. Also, shouldn't the rep have the ability to find my order in their records? In another exchange, unexpectedly, the rep blamed me for using a link that Flixeasy did not send to me. Where would I get such a link? After 13 frustrating email messages over 4 days, I requested a refund. Flixeasy said a refund would be issued, but wouldn't tell me when it would be processed. After being ignored by Flixeasy for several days with no refund issued, I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
