After ordering the product, it arrive relatively fast as expected. However, there were so many problems with the item that it would be a very long review to list them all here. The first problem was evident because of a very poor packaging; a
plastic part of the engine cover was broken. It would not have happened if the engine was packed correctly. However, there was no polystirolo, and the engine was allowed to move freely in the box. I requested a new part and it was delivered after a week or so. When I started to assemble decespugliatore, I discovered that some screws were missing. The vendor advised me to buy some on my own for a credit. I agreed. However, after trying several shops, it was clear that these speficic screws were not an easy find. I requested them to be sent to me. The vendor did so. I was ready to put the machine together, but the manopola of the acceleratore did not work. It was stuck in place and could not be moved one way or another. Again, I conctacted the vendor and was told to dismantle the asta with the acceleratore and send it back. After they had received the item, they sent e new one back to me. I was very impatient, but was happy that finally the machine will be ready. However, this time I discovered that the STOP pulsante did not work. The vendor could not really believe me and questioned whether I essembled that everything correctly. I sent them picture and video. They agreed that the new acceleratore did not work and asked me to send the new one back to be replaced. I did, and the new one arrived after about 2 weeks. All in all, now the machine works, but with all the procedures it took nearly 2 months! After some arguments, the vendor agreed to give me 40 euro credit for the next purchase, which I accepted. However, this is not how I imagined a professional service and HONDA machine, which is considered one of the top brands. In all, a bitter dissapointment.
