A few days ago, I placed an order with them for a Christmas gift intended for my daughter. The items I chose were a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie. Yesterday, I eagerly received my package, and I even received a notification confirming the delivery of both items. However, upon opening the package, I was disheartened to find only the hoodie inside. Concerned about the missing item, I promptly reached out to them to inform them of the issue. Their response was rather disappointing, as they claimed no responsibility for lost or stolen items and advised me to contact the local shipping carrier since the package had been marked as delivered. I attempted to clarify that I did indeed receive the package, but one of the items I ordered, the sweatpants, was not included. Despite my efforts, they continued to assert that the items were delivered and refused to assist me further, insisting that I contact the shipping carrier. This experience left me greatly dissatisfied with their customer service. It feels frustrating to have wasted $60 without any support or resolution from them.
